Kathy Biehl

Kathy Biehl lives on the bridge between intuition and the rational mind. She is a professional astrologer and Tarot advisor whose work draws on her diverse life experience as an attorney, small business owner, performing artist, and writer. She approaches all of it with a sense of wonder, keen research abilities, and a desire to explore and explain human existence.

 

A prolific forecaster, advisor, and teacher, she concentrates on “astrology you can use,” blending real-world, practical explanations and tips with humor, optimism, and a love of patterns, symbolism, and pop culture. She is professor of astrology at the School of Magic and Mastery, for which she co-leads a yearly “Write Your Own Story” journaling workshop. She also taught business law at Rice University and legal writing at The University of Houston Law Center.

 

Known for translating technicalities into mainstream language, she contributed the chapter on astrology to Your Guide to Self-Discovery (Llewellyn Worldwide 2023) and debunked the 13th sign canard for The New York Times.  She has written forecasts, monthly horoscopes, Kidscopes, astro-food trends, celebrity predictions for an array of mainstream online and print periodicals. She hosts the show Celestial Compass on OMTimes Radio and TV. Best American Psychics named her 2026 Psychic of the Year, and she won OMTimes Media’s Best Astrologer in 2022.
